Women of Legacy
About the Women of Legacy
The Women of Legacy meet for four consecutive Thursdays from 7:00-9:00 p.m. on the following dates:
February 7, 14, 21 and 28, May 2, 9, 16 and 23, August 1, 8, 15 and 22 and November 7, 14 and 21 (three meetings in November).
Team Covenant
Reciprocated Love: We will incorporate the love and respect we have for one another and will address any conflict with maturity and timeliness.
Mutual Giving: We commit to speak words of encouragement, support each other’s spiritual development, identify our strengths and build on those to demonstrate accountability.
Shared Knowledge: We acknowledge that the team’s decisions, ideas and contributions are one voice.
Shared Leadership: We value the importance of our time together and commit to be being present by sharing our thoughts, ideas and concerns.
Shared Responsibility: We will not hold back on sharing and developing our talents and gifts and we will work together to nurture a relationship that allows us to speak in Spirit and Truth.
Truthful Communication: We will open our hearts to receive feedback offered with love, respect and integrity, provided for the benefit of the team, as well as for our individual growth.
Shared Vision: We will allow the mission and vision of our ministry to influence growth and commitment in the women of Spirit Life Community Church.
