Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide an environment where raw masculinity and faith intersect.
Vision Statement: Our vision is to see God transform men into warriors for his Kingdom.
We will accept each other as individuals. We will love and support one another without judgment. We will hold each other accountable to assigned tasks and living a life of integrity. We will share the leadership of the team. We will allow the project to select the lead person. We will be authentic and transparent with one another. We will support each other at all times. We will be intentional in carrying out our responsibilities, striving for excellence in all that we do. Our goal is to provide the best ministry to men. We will be guided by the Holy Spirit in all that we do. We will be truthful in our communication to one another, but always with love being present. We will be a visionary team that is always moving to the goal God has set before us.
